Dan Coats is the returned Republican U.S. Senator for Indiana. He wants to defund Planned Parenthood, does not want the Environmental Protection Agency to save us from greenhouse gasses, does not want rational USA health care reform, does not want rational taxes on the selfish rich so the budget can be ballanced, only supported the Humane Society of the USA 35 percent in 93/94 = not very humane.
