Marci Lockwood is the Executive Director of the Institute
for Global Communications and the former General Manager of
Pacifica radio station KPFA in Berkeley. IGC provides computer
networking tools for many excellent progressive groups. KPFA is
perhaps the best progressive radio station in the US. For being
at the forefront of the expansion of peace, justice, human rights
and environmental groups on the internet throughout the world,
